Alex Gonzalez
Founder, Leader, Visionary
As anyone close to the ECS family knows, we lost our founder, Alex Gonzalez, after a valiant battle with leukemia in 2024. Alex was more than our founder; he was a devoted husband, loving father of six, brother, cousin, and friend to everyone who knew him. His greatest joy was his family, and the same kindness, loyalty, and laughter he shared at home shaped the way he led this company.
Alex was the heart of ECS. He was the true definition of a servant leader who believed in putting people first, finding the good in every situation, and never missing a chance to make someone smile.
One of Alex’s greatest gifts was his ability to see the light in others, even when they couldn’t see it in themselves. He had an unshakable faith in people—their potential, their goodness, their ability to grow. Whether meeting with a CEO or chatting with someone he’d just met, Alex’s focus was never on himself but on how he could help, encourage, or serve others. That spirit of humility and genuine care left a lasting impact on everyone who crossed his path.
Though Alex is no longer with us, his presence fills our halls and continues to guide every decision we make. Today, members of his family carry on his work, leading ECS with the same integrity, humility, and heart that defined his life. Their shared goal is simple but profound: to preserve Alex’s legacy by running a company that remains ethical, people-focused, and filled with the spirit of service and joy he inspired in everyone around him.

Our Legacy & Community
We proudly support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in honor of our founder.
Supporting research and standing with those still battling this disease is more than atribute — it’s who we are.
